iPad SDK – Where’s the Safari?

Sigh….Only 59 more days till the iPad launch. What to do in the meantime? Play with a virtual one of course. Downloaded the new iPhone 3.2 SDK which includes an iPad simulator. Still very barebones it seems. Seems to only give access to settings and the contacts screen but is a start. Expect to see some updates soon. Stay tuned for more details….

So it has finally been unveiled – the mythical tablet device from Apple. Reviews have been mixed so far, no built in camera, no built in SD ports, as of yet no mention of multitasking, large bevel only 1GHz processor. Yet on the plus side the software seems awesome. Beautiful interfaces, new ways to interact with a computing screen, new platform for iPhone apps.

adwordsSo you have an awesome web site but after 3 months only your mom, best friend and a few stalkers have visited it. Before you give up on your internet dreams perhaps you should consider advertising. Google Adwords to be more specific.

Google has become such a successful company because they enable users find what they are looking for easily and get paid for doing so. So why not go to the experts if you want people to find your web site. It is actually quite a simple process.

To get started with Google Adwords you first create an account. You will be asked to select a user name and choose the currency of your choice. Then you will need to validate the email you use for setting up the account and enter your billing information. Google will make two deposits in your account which must be verified before you ads start to run.
